Règlement Intérieur

Our apartments are located in residential buildings. We kindly ask guests to respect the following house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:

• This is a non-smoking apartment.
• During check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID, in accordance with local regulations.
• Please dispose of household waste in the street trash containers provided in the area.
• Upon check-out, the apartment should be left in a reasonably clean condition, including washing used dishes.
• If you rent a bicycle, please leave it on the street and properly locked in designated bicycle spaces. Bicycles may not be stored inside the apartment or at the building entrance.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay.
• Please respect the neighbours and their need for silence at all times, especially during night hours.
• A €40 late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 11:00 AM (night).
• It is strictly forbidden to throw sand, papers, or any objects from the balcony. Failure to comply may result in a €100 fine, according to building regulations.
• Hanging towels or clothes on the balcony is not allowed. A drying rack is provided for this purpose.

Payment

• A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid before arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The reservation is confirmed only once the deposit has been received.

Accepted payment methods: secure Stripe payment link (credit/debit card) or bank transfer.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of €200 is required for all apartments, payable at check-in and returned at check-out provided the apartment is left in good condition.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
• After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.
• No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

Tourist Tax

A tourist tax of €6.25 per person, per night (VAT included) applies, according to Barcelona city regulations. Only applies to daily rentals.

• Not included in the booking price.
• Payable at check-in in cash.
• Applies to guests aged 17 and over.
• Capped at a maximum of 7 nights.

Cleaning Fee

A one-time final cleaning fee applies per stay and is not included in the calendar price:

• Paralel, Ronda — €95
• Calabria, Rosello, Fira — €120
