A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before arrival. Your booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been received.

Yes — a refundable security deposit of €200 is required for all apartments. It is payable at check-in and returned at check-out, provided the apartment is left in good condition.

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
• After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.
• No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

Our apartments are located in residential buildings. In agreement with our neighbours, we do not accept groups under 25 years old unless accompanied by at least one person aged 35 or older.

Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. We do our best to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs whenever possible — just ask us in advance.

All check-ins are done in person. A €40 late check-in fee applies for arrivals after midnight, payable upon arrival.

All guests are required to present a valid passport or ID at check-in, in accordance with local regulations. Please also bring the security deposit (€200 cash or card) and the tourist tax payment if not already settled.

Yes, bed linen and towels are included. Please note that towels are for shower use only. If you need beach towels, please request them in advance before your arrival.

Yes — we can provide a crib free of charge for guests travelling with a baby. Please request it at the time of booking so we can have it ready for your arrival.

There are several paid parking options close to each apartment. For longer stays, some offer discounted vouchers. We recommend visiting saba.es for options near your apartment.

Barcelona requires a tourist tax of €6.25 per person, per night (VAT included), as per city regulations. This is not included in the booking price and must be paid separately in cash at check-in.
