What are the check-in & check-out times?

Check-in is normally from 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. However, we do our best to accommodate our guests’ needs whenever possible. All check-ins are done in person. Please note that a €40 late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 11 PM, payable upon arrival.

Tourist Tax in Barcelona

As per the city’s regulations, Barcelona requires a minimal tourist tax per person, per night, to support the preservation of the city. The tax is €6.25 per person, per night (VAT included) and is not included in the booking price. It should be paid separately in cash at check-in. This applies only to guests aged 17 and older, and the tax is capped at a maximum of 7 nights. For more information, please refer to LINK

Are there any age restrictions for bookings?

This is a residential building, and in agreement with our neighbors, we do not allow groups under 25 years old unless accompanied by at least one person aged 35 or older.

Is there Parking available?

There are several paid parking options nearby. For stays longer than one night, some offer discounted vouchers. We recommend checking which parking is closest to your apartment or visiting saba.es for more options.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Yes, towels and bed linen are included in your stay. Please note that the provided towels are for shower use only. If you need beach towels, please request them in advance before your arrival.

Is a crib provided?

If you are traveling with baby, we can provide a crib free of charge. Please request it at the moment of booking.
